# Collection snapshot — 12 September 2026

Collected for Rörstrandsgatan and nearby streets, north along Norrbackagatan to Hagastaden.

- **2,464 local reference photos**, 2.98 GB: 1,517 KartaView frames, 904 Wikimedia Commons images and 43 Panoramax images.
- **1,118 priority references** selected by corridor location or a named-street/area reference. 147 downloaded images have no usable coordinates.
- **120 Google Street View screenshots** at 54 distinct panorama positions, stored separately with viewing URLs, dates, coordinates, headings, credits and file hashes. 104 views were added in the expanded pass: 40 on Rörstrandsgatan, 40 on Norrbackagatan and 24 around Hagastaden. Imagery spans 2011–2026; 118 views are from 2022 onward. Obstructions and older construction conditions are noted.
- **19 full 360° Panoramax images** in a local interactive viewer; the other 24 Panoramax files are perspective images. These June–July 2026 captures mostly show surrounding roads, infrastructure and public-art details. Two show tunnel interiors; proximity to surface buildings is not facade coverage.
- **347 city LOD1 building objects** in the priority model and 729 in the wider context model.
- **999 OSM building features**, 2,218 road/path segments and 3,967 tagged objects/address points.
- **71 capture-planning waypoints** and a building reference-gap list.
- **No pending or failed photo downloads.** The 265 previously queued Commons images were recovered. Six unrelated Commons discoveries remain excluded.

## Start here

Double-click **Open collection.command** to open the collection and its local server. The main gallery also opens directly through `site/index.html`. Search a street or choose source and capture year. Clear the Priority corridor filter for broader context.

**Street View route** opens `site/route.html`, with a location map, street/address/year filters and source links. The denser expansion appears first. Each stop links to open photos within 120 metres. These screenshots have no open license and are excluded from the photo catalog and reconstruction subset tool; see `references/google-streetview/README.md` for Google's source restrictions.

**Look around open 360° panoramas** opens `site/panorama.html`. The image and viewer files are local; the browser needs the local server for interactive panoramas. Individual photo records also link to this viewer when the source projection is equirectangular.

Use `exports/models/stockholm_lod1_priority.obj` as generalized building volumes. It has no textures, detailed roofs or terrain. The city source predates some Hagastaden changes. Units are metres: X east, Y north, Z up.

## Acquisition and provenance

All 1,517 discovered KartaView image records were recovered: 1,476 full processed images and 41 smaller processed renditions where the full image was unavailable. Commons uses standard API image renditions, with source original URLs retained. Panoramax uses public HD assets with per-image CC BY-SA 4.0 licenses, photographers and camera metadata.

The Mapillary adapter is implemented but was not authenticated or live-tested; it requires your developer token. No background collection or recurring task is running. See `README.md` for source refresh and local-photo import commands.

## Validation

All 2,464 counted photos passed decoding and SHA-256 integrity checks, with 2,464 distinct hashes and zero errors. Six focused pipeline tests passed. Both OBJ exports and eight GeoJSON layers passed validation. All 120 screenshot files decode and have distinct hashes and panorama/view combinations. All source URLs and imagery credits match the saved browser text. The route page, nearby-photo links, Panoramax filter, image details and panorama navigation were checked in the browser.
